Quantum5x Systems Wins Bell Canada Product Innovation Award presented by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce

…putting London in the Provincial spotlight!

Quantum5X Systems has won the coveted Bell Canada Innovation Technology Award for their QT-256wp, The World's Smallest Professional Waterproof Broadcast Quality Transmitter, out of a strong field of candidates from across the province. Accolades for Quantum5X’s innovative technologies in Wireless systems goes beyond their London clients to include major such broadcasters as FOX, ESPN, CBS, NBC, ABC, CBC, CTV, TSN, and Disney. The Quantum5x wireless system is the only system Major League Baseball will allow their players to wear during games, on and off the field, for coverage of the National Basketball Association (NBA) seasons, for CTV and TSN with the coverage of CFL games, for regular season NHL games, NHL ALL Star games and the Stanley Cup. Global Television and the Lifetime Network have chosen Q5X in the production of "WILDCARD". The Q5X has become the technology of choice for the Disney's Wide World of Sports, Great Outdoor Games and the XGames televised by ESPN. Hollywood's latest reality shows Hell's Kitchen chose Q5X wireless systems.

Since the inception of the awards in 1983 more than 100 companies from all sectors and of all sizes have been acknowledged at the OCC's gala event, which will be held this year on November 16^th at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Last year's event attracted nearly 1,000 senior business and political leaders including the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, and Premier Dalton McGuinty who will be on hand again to participate in the distribution of awards.
